5. LIVE GOLD PRICING
Due to the continuously changing international precious metals markets, all prices displayed on our website are calculated using live market pricing.
Prices may change without notice.
No advertised price constitutes a legally binding offer until:
- payment has been successfully completed;
- cryptocurrency payment has received the required blockchain confirmations;
- identity verification has been completed where required;
- Global Box formally accepts the order.
Once accepted by Global Box, the transaction price becomes fixed and cannot be amended except in the case of obvious pricing errors or technical faults.
6. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
Global Box accepts cryptocurrency payments through authorised payment providers including NOWPayments, DePay and any additional providers we may approve.
By choosing cryptocurrency as your payment method you acknowledge that:
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
Blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled.
Lost private keys are your responsibility.
Incorrect wallet addresses supplied by you are your responsibility.
Network congestion may delay confirmations.
Exchange rate fluctuations are entirely your risk until payment is successfully confirmed.
Global Box is not responsible for:
- blockchain delays;
- network failures;
- wallet errors;
- miner fees;
- gas fees;
- exchange losses;
- smart contract failures;
- third-party wallet providers.
A payment is considered received only once confirmed by our payment processor.
Failure to complete payment within the specified payment window may result in automatic cancellation of the order.
7. NO CANCELLATIONS OF CRYPTO ORDERS
Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and the price of precious metals fluctuates continuously, all cryptocurrency purchases are final.
Once payment has been broadcast to the blockchain, the order cannot be:
- cancelled;
- amended;
- refunded;
- reversed;
- charged back.
This policy applies regardless of market movements occurring after payment.
8. PRICE LOCK POLICY
When an order is successfully submitted, the quoted price remains locked only for the payment period displayed during checkout.
If payment is not successfully received before expiry of the payment window, the order may automatically expire.
Any subsequent purchase will be calculated using the prevailing market price.

10. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
Global Box maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing procedures in accordance with applicable laws and international standards.
We reserve the right to:
- investigate suspicious transactions;
- delay shipment pending compliance review;
- reject transactions;
- refuse payment;
- suspend customer accounts;

No compensation shall be payable for delays arising from compliance investigations.

12. SOURCE OF FUNDS

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TITLE, RISK & RETURNS

19. SIGNATURE REQUIRED

- adult signature;

- photographic confirmation where available.
Failure to accept delivery may result in additional storage, administration, redelivery, or return costs payable by the customer.
20. TRANSFER OF RISK
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer when:
- delivery is completed at the delivery address; or
- the goods are signed for by the customer or any person apparently authorised to accept delivery.
Where local law requires a different transfer of risk, such mandatory provisions shall apply.
21. TRANSFER OF TITLE
Legal ownership of goods remains with Global Box until:

- cryptocurrency payment has been fully confirmed;
- all compliance checks have been completed;
- the goods have been dispatched.
Global Box reserves the right to withhold shipment until all requirements have been satisfied.
22. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate.
Global Box shall not be liable for losses arising from:
- incorrect addresses;
- incomplete addresses;
- inaccessible properties;
- customer absence;
- incorrect postal codes;
- customer errors.
Where products are returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges shall apply before re-dispatch.
23. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

- local taxes;
- brokerage fees;

25. RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of investment precious metals and continuously fluctuating market prices, Global Box does not accept returns of physical gold, bullion, coins, bars, or other precious metals except where required by applicable law.
Customers acknowledge that purchases of investment precious metals are made with full understanding of market risk.
Returns based upon:
- changes in gold prices;
- investment performance;
- buyer’s remorse;
- market volatility;
- exchange rate movements;
shall not be accepted.
26. DAMAGED GOODS
Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Any claim for damage, shortage, or loss must be reported to Global Box in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Claims submitted outside this period may be rejected.
Customers may be required to provide:
- photographs;
- packaging;
- courier documentation;
- police reports where appropriate.
27. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved:

Where payment was made using cryptocurrency, any approved refund may, at Global Box’s sole discretion, be made in:
- the original cryptocurrency,
- an equivalent cryptocurrency,
- or fiat currency based on the value determined by Global Box at the time the refund is processed, subject to applicable law.
28. MARKET VOLATILITY
Customers acknowledge that precious metals are traded on international markets whose prices fluctuate continuously.
Global Box shall not be liable for any loss arising from:
- changes in market value;
- investment decisions;
- price fluctuations;
- currency movements;
- economic conditions;
- geopolitical events.
Purchases should not be made unless the customer fully understands the risks associated with investing in precious metals.
29. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE
Information provided by Global Box, whether on the Website, in marketing materials, through customer support, or otherwise, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

36. FORCE MAJEURE

- pandemics;
